  2. The plaster peeling off
  3. Plaster surface deterioration.

Cracks in the plaster surface

Cracks in the plaster surface can be very thin and large. In the case of fine cracks, cement is mixed with water to make a slurry and is grouted. In case of large cracks, the surface is roughened by removing the plaster around the cracks, then cement and sand mortar is prepared and plastered.

The plaster peeling off

Before plastering, a cement slurry is prepared and applied over the surface. It is then plastered and mixed with the old plaster. The reason for the plaster peeling off the surface is usually the presence of unnecessary moisture. Moisture should be noticed if the source is blocked before repairing. The plaster is then thoroughly cleaned by turning a steel brush around it. Later, the surface is re-plastered with cement mortar, which is leveled with the old plaster. But before plastering, cement slurry is prepared and applied over the such damaged surface.

Plaster Surface To Deteriorate

Unnecessary moisture and chemical compounds cause the plaster surface to deteriorate. To repair the damaged surface, the damaged plaster is first removed, then a cement slurry is applied over the surface and the surface is re-plastered and leveled with the old plaster.

If the distempered surface is raised due to moisture etc., then the surface should be cleaned with the help of sandpaper and moisture should be removed. This is followed by two coats of distemper on the repaired surfaces and one coat on the normal second surface. How To Repair To Timber Floors

The top of wooden floors deteriorates after continuous use. There are two opes of this disorder.

  1. 1-Surface worn out
  2. 2- Rot out the structure

1- Surface worn out

After using the wooden floor for a long time the surface of the wooden floor worn out. The worn part is carefully inspected and it is decided whether the wom part should be replaced or the old part should be repaired. If the part has 1/4 of its original thickness worn, the part is cut out and a new piece of wood is fitted according to the original measurement. In case of worn less than 1/4 part, the surrounding surface is leveled using plane or sandpaper and rasp. Finally, the entire surface is polished.

2- Rot out the surface

In the presence of moisture, the wood surface begins to rot out. The source of moisture is detected and repaired before the floor is repaired.
